Barcelona cocktail bar Paradiso, currently ranked No.4 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, has marked its 10th year with the launch of a cocktail book.

With backing from film director Guy Ritchie, Rosemaund may seem like yet another celebrity whisky brand, but its story is far more poignant, one of family bonds, enduring passion and a long-awaited homecoming.

The Comité Champagne has unveiled the sector’s plan for the next decade, defining a global trajectory to face the challenges of the next 10 years.
